school induction programme

        School induction programme...

We nine members are alloted to TVTM HSS Veliyam. 5 days are alloted  ( from 22 to 26 march)  and we  collect as much as information about school,  school functioning and so on..... 

Due to this situation there were no regular classes. Only classes for 10 th students are going on... Revision classes are going on..we see two revision classes of physics and chemistry.. On first day we get the permission from principal to see the classes and to know about school working system.. Day after day we get more and more information about the school. What are the programmes done in NSS, Schools achievements, sports achievements, about   charity activities ,  about annual day celebrations, sports activities, about tour programme .. etc.. and  we have an interview section for students and teachers (2 tr and 2 students). 

Through these school  induction Programe... we get a clear idea about school functioning, how the classes are to be taken of  and so... on...

Through these five days we the group members  get strong bonded relation... and also we get almost information of How A Teacher be..The most happiest is that we are like teacher and the  students are interacting with us in most effective way.......

And the final day is for the reflection day ie on March 29.. We are the first group to be presented the report... On that day allmost all teachers and students are with us... We present as much information we collected from the school in a detailed way...

 In our college we  celebrated Onam which started at 8.30 am and ended till 4.30 pm.It was a very good experience for me .🥰🥰 It started with athapookalam competition.   Then we performed dance  malayimanga competition ,onapatt ,thiruvathira by boys and by teachers and M.Eds  ,Ona Sadhya and vadamvali competition     it was a nice experience to participate in vadamvali . natural science wins the competition. Everyone  enjoyed the programs  a lot we the physical science 🥰🥰with 🥰our optional sir - Vineeth M.

 Today is the last day reflection section so that representative of the each school reflected experiences  . Teacher training from each  school present their experience in schools. out of 22 schools representatives of 20 schools a present their experience of teaching.  All share their difficulties ,memories and beautiful experiences  in schools. Most students talk about difficulty to manage classroom.  Some  shared their emotional attachment with students. One trainee from each school has reflected their experience as the voice of all who chhose the particular school, due  to time limit only one trainee from each school shares about experiences. The experiences and memories were very much valuable and special .all of us remembered these special days through out  the life as a sweet and beautiful memory .
