We we have a general reflection section at our college on this day.The  reflection section was conducted from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All students are present .


 Our principal Roy sir , riju sir and vineeth sir are also  a part of  this section.
Due to time limit the leaders  from each school  have to reflect all the things happens in the school .22 schools are there.so one from each school reflect the experiences.

 The first reflection section was Anjana R pillai from english optional  .she shares most of the experience in the school ..they are very happy about their experiences. They they can handle the classes  according to the lesson plan.

Reeba also shares the difficulty they are facing ..they are english optional 
 
Difficulty is that  the reading skills of children are very low...so  they take much effort .
  
From our school representative was Anakha ...she shares the experiences about classroom management .

Reshma 's experience at gvhss valakom 
while she was teaching in a class  (substitution period ) ..DEO came to see her class ...and give good valuable comments to her ...



In this reflection section ,most of them face the difficulty in classroom management...some of them overcome in a better way ...and about substitution..period.

Through this reflection section  we can see many changes in the peers  ..they gain confidence ...

 In our college we  celebrated Onam which started at 8.30 am and ended till 4.30 pm.It was a very good experience for me .🥰🥰 It started with athapookalam competition.   Then we performed dance  malayimanga competition ,onapatt ,thiruvathira by boys and by teachers and M.Eds  ,Ona Sadhya and vadamvali competition     it was a nice experience to participate in vadamvali . natural science wins the competition. Everyone  enjoyed the programs  a lot we the physical science 🥰🥰with 🥰our optional sir - Vineeth M.

 Today is the last day reflection section so that representative of the each school reflected experiences  . Teacher training from each  school present their experience in schools. out of 22 schools representatives of 20 schools a present their experience of teaching.  All share their difficulties ,memories and beautiful experiences  in schools. Most students talk about difficulty to manage classroom.  Some  shared their emotional attachment with students. One trainee from each school has reflected their experience as the voice of all who chhose the particular school, due  to time limit only one trainee from each school shares about experiences. The experiences and memories were very much valuable and special .all of us remembered these special days through out  the life as a sweet and beautiful memory .
