WEEKEND REFLECTION:4 ( 30.07.2022)

Today our college conducted a general reflection under the control of riju sir. All representatives from each school shared their views and experience. Frist reflected by jusaina from St Mary's school adoor. They talked about the moon day programme. Next from sreelekshmi (Chemmanthor Hss punalur) . She talked about disciplinary problems from the side of students. And how they handle that situation. And also discussed about indifferent attitude of students. Then reflected by Thasleema, Ajay, Amrutha. After that I expressed the experience and opinions of my school (R.V.V.H.S.S valakom) .bianka talked about the programme of taking initiative for the beginning of website for our school, suggestions gave by  optional teacher vineeth sir after class observation that reduce mass answering, and give proper instructions before showing an activity. After that malavika share her experience of exam duty. Then sruthy mol shared her experience that a student complained about her speed in content transaction. Neethu said about the influence of social media among children. After that reshma shared her experience of observing class, by D.E.O.

 In our college we  celebrated Onam which started at 8.30 am and ended till 4.30 pm.It was a very good experience for me .πŸ₯°πŸ₯° It started with athapookalam competition.   Then we performed dance  malayimanga competition ,onapatt ,thiruvathira by boys and by teachers and M.Eds  ,Ona Sadhya and vadamvali competition     it was a nice experience to participate in vadamvali . natural science wins the competition. Everyone  enjoyed the programs  a lot we the physical science πŸ₯°πŸ₯°with πŸ₯°our optional sir - Vineeth M.

 Today is the last day reflection section so that representative of the each school reflected experiences  . Teacher training from each  school present their experience in schools. out of 22 schools representatives of 20 schools a present their experience of teaching.  All share their difficulties ,memories and beautiful experiences  in schools. Most students talk about difficulty to manage classroom.  Some  shared their emotional attachment with students. One trainee from each school has reflected their experience as the voice of all who chhose the particular school, due  to time limit only one trainee from each school shares about experiences. The experiences and memories were very much valuable and special .all of us remembered these special days through out  the life as a sweet and beautiful memory .
